Successful Baja 1000 Pre-running 4-day Weekend!

ANJ Motorsports gathered in Ensenada, Mexico this weekend for 4 days of very successful pre-running, chase vehicle location planning, and a couple of team building exercises. The days were long and the night’s sleeps were short but everyone was up to the task which resulted in a lot of information gathering and very few issues unresolved.

The weather was great and the desert vistas were beautiful with not too many other race teams to contend with. There were times we felt like we had the peninsula to ourselves.

We didn’t eat often but when we did it was ridiculous portions and unbelievably delicious!

Special thanks to Mr. Bill and Paul Dane for the accommodations; to Joe Castrey, Josh Castrey, Jeff Claerhout, Chris Clark, and Adam Nimmo for getting the pre-runner ready; Chris Clark for safely driving his fishing truck up and down the coast carrying the team; and to everyone for their patience and hard work all weekend long.

Only a couple of weeks left before we return for the big race.
